Ingredients: pork, water, salt, spices, garlic, sugar, mustard powder, sodium nitrite, mustard seed, sodium phosphate, natural casings.
Keep refrigerated. Best before four weeks from production date. If you are unable to eat it before then it can be frozen and stored for a further three months.
